| 9.REGARDING THE SOLDERING OPERATION 焊接注意事項 Every ECM contains a FET with microphone boby.This FET is easy to damageable from excessive heat and electrical shock.Proper attention for the soldering work is required same as followings. 每個ECM都包含有個FET.FET在過熱和電流沖擊下容易損壞。應遵循以下焊接操作規程： |
| 1 -Recommend to use 15W ～ 35W ceramic soldering iron and apply 330±20℃temperature range 推薦使用功率在15W-17W，溫度變化范圍在330±20℃的陶瓷電烙鐵。 |
| 2 -Soldering should be accomplished within 2 seconds at each terminal so as not to be overheated. 為防止過熱，焊接應在2秒內完成。 |
| 3 -ECM shall be soldered fixed on the metal block(heat sink)which has the higher radiation effects. Heat sink shall contact with each of ECM. 應把駐極體傳聲器固定在散熱良好的金屬裝置（散熱板）上進行焊接. |
| 4 -The pin hole soldering shall be avoided. 焊接后，各焊點不應出現砂眼（焊錫小孔）現象. |
5 -E.C.M may easily destroyed by the static electricity,and the countermeasure for eliminating the static electricity(the ground for soldering copper,for worktable and for human body)shall be executed. 駐極體傳聲器容易受靜電破壞，應采取防靜電措施（焊接器具，工作臺，操作人員人體應接地）  |
